Acceptance of Terms By downloading or using Comprehend-Reading, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not accept these terms, do not use Comprehend-Reading.

Subscription Options and Trial Period We offer both monthly and annual subscription options, each including a 3-day free trial. If you do not disable auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid membership. Payment for the subscription will be charged to your iTunes account at the confirmation of purchase.

Auto-Renewal and Account Management Your subscription will auto-renew unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage your subscription and disable auto-renewal in your account settings after purchase.

Internet Connectivity and Data Usage Access to the majority of the paid features requires an active internet connection. Comprehend-Reading is not responsible for the app's functionality when there is no internet access or if you have exhausted your data plan.

Mobile Network and Roaming Charges If you use the app over your mobile network, your network's terms and data charges will apply. You may incur charges from your mobile provider while accessing the app, including data charges for the duration of the connection and roaming charges when using the app outside your home territory. You are responsible for any such charges. If you are not the bill payer for the device, we assume you have received permission from the bill payer to use the app.

Rate Limiting To ensure optimal service quality and availability for all users, we reserve the right to apply rate limiting at any time during your subscription.

Changes to Terms and Conditions Comprehend-Reading reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the app after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
